We are required by the United States Post Office® to obtain, on an annual basis, a Processing Acknowledgement Form (PAF).

The PAF grants us authorization to run your offering envelope list through the United States Postal Service® National Change of Address (NCOALink®) database. This process will notify you of any church member who has changed their address information with the post office. This fulfills the requirement of making your list Move Update compliant for bulk mail discount rates with the USPS®.
